Aspen wedding days can move from downtown lodging to a mountaintop ceremony, a quiet valley, or a hotel ballroom within a few hours. Transportation, elevation, weather, and the time the sun leaves the valley all affect how the day feels and how much portrait time we truly have.

Summer brings longer evenings and afternoon storms. Fall color is beautiful but brief. Winter brings short days, reflective snow, and more complicated transportation. In every season, I keep portrait locations close enough that you can stay present with your guests.
