Aspen Wedding at the Pine Creek Cookhouse | Eileen and Dave

Being originally from Colorado, I thrive in all seasons and Aspen is one of those hopping towns in the winter. If you’ve never been I highly recommend it. When Eileen and I first met she told me about the sleigh ride to Pine Creek Cookhouse and how she really wanted it to be an intimate experience for their favorite people as they had to downsize a bit due to the pandemic.

We met them at a house they had rented for their getting ready and did their first look on a balcony overlooking the ski area, followed by a sleigh ride through a magical winter wonderland to get to one of the best views in Aspen. The Pine Creek Cookhouse is one of those quintessential Colorado venues that have the lodge cabin feel nestled behind the historic ghost town of Ashcroft. A perfect winter day that ended with a snowstorm and photos in the falling snow.
