Jamie & David | Timber Ridge Keystone Wedding

I am so incredibly excited to share this wedding with you all. It includes all my favorite things in a wedding; seriously amazing couple and family, one of my favorite venues, one of my favorite planners, and details that will make you stop in your tracks. When I met Jamie and her mom originally it was only three weeks after we had placed with my now 2 year old adopted son. Usually bringing my children to any client meeting is an absolute no from me but when I told them my story about how he came to us they said “Oh my goodness no you have to bring him, we love babies”. Since a day meeting worked better for them I agreed hesitantly. I was picturing a screaming baby and puke all over my shirt when I arrived. It seriously couldn’t have gone any better. This family were 100% my kind of people. When I talk to potential clients I always tell them that it is not one person’s day over another. Our industry focuses so much on the Bride. It’s her day (we are told). I don’t believe any of that. Not all weddings have brides first of all but if we are talking about a bride and groom, she is not complete without him. Your groom makes you a bride. Further more even though it is about the couple it is about the connection between them and their connection with all the guests at the wedding. That is ultimately what drives the story of your day. Jamie and David totally got this. From the first time I met Jamie and her mom to the moments getting Jamie in her dress and their vows. These people had so much honor and grace and love not only for each other, but their families who were now becoming one. Their whole day was absolute perfection. From their super sweet 1st look to their dancing in the rain to incredible details put together by Bella Planning and Design and Bloom Floral. It was one of those wedding days I will never forget. It isn’t because it was simply gorgeous, per say, but because I was dealing with incredible people all day. People I am still friends with to this day. Did I mention I love these people? Jamie and David you are incredible. I know you will have an amazing life and adventures together.
