Sydney & JK | Beaver Creek Chapel Elopement

Elopements hold a special place in my heart. I’m not entirely sure why, (I had a big wedding with months of planning myself) but there’s something about a couple gathering an intimate group of people to celebrate their love with the people who mean the absolute most to them. I typically get to know the family more in a group this size, and there’s more room for stories and chit chat with less pomp and circumstance of the day. But I have to say, I couldn’t have enjoyed getting to know these two and their wonderful family more. From hearing about how JK ended up at Alabama for football and his current journey to hopefully be drafted in the NFL, to hearing about Sydney’s dad (who is a jeweler) designing and making his daughter’s ring and the story behind the engraving. These two are so in love and have such an amazing journey ahead of them. I can’t wait to follow their story and keep in touch. This may be the first year I pay really close attention to the draft (with my fingers crossed!), and if anyone will still be making out after being married 50 years, it’ll be these two. 😉 Thank you so much for letting me be there for the start of your story as husband and wife.
