Rafael + Krystal | Chautauqua Park and Boulder Engagement Session

Ahhhh Boulder. So many stereotypes and so many walks of life. From the elite to the homeless hippie Boulder has some of the most interesting and diverse people I have ever enjoyed people watching. What I love about Boulder is that people are so down to earth, they love the gorgeous outdoors, they live life at it’s fullest and to whatever extreme they deem necessary. It also happens to have some of the most beautiful scenery in the state just 40 minutes from Denver.

Krystal & Rafael met in Boulder at CU and have recently moved to Miami, Florida where Rafael’s family is. Krystal grew up here and Rafael was born in the US but spent most of his life in Venezuela. Both of them are amazing, soft hearted, laid back wonderfulness. We had a great time at dinner before our session, (Centro in Boulder has some amazing Latin food BTW – Margaritas, mojitos, and street tacos, yummmm) and then we headed for Flagstaff Mountain and Chautauqua Park. Such a gorgeous night with gorgeous people. The way Rafael could make Krystal smile and laugh. Perfection. Have I mentioned my obsession with wildflowers?! I cannot wait for their wedding in October!
