On to 2016 | Year in Review

2015 was amazing, better than I had imagined it could be both personally and with our amazing clients. As I look back on a year I only feel lucky. The amazing people I have the honor of photographing make my world. The couples themselves and their families invite me into their lives for such a small period in their lives but they have a huge impact on me. They show me the way they love each other. I cannot tell you how many times their vows make me tear up behind my lens. They show me how to love others in the example of how they treat their family and friends, and most of all they show me love and graciousness. Sending me small gifts and showing up to my newly adopted son’s welcome party. My clients aren’t only clients not to me and I am certainly not just a wedding photographer to them. I make lifelong friends in these amazing people. I love them and photograph each wedding like they are my own family and I cannot be more thankful for the lives I get to touch and capture everyday. So as I move on to 2016, my wish is this. That all my clients know what kind of an impact you have on my life. You inspire me daily to love more, to live fully, and most of all graciously. For all those who entrusted us with your very precious images this year and will trust us in the future we are forever grateful and it is truly an honor to work with you and your families.
