Nichele & Benjamin | Winter Keystone Alpenglow Stube Wedding

Nichele and Ben are from Pittsburgh and avid snowboarders so Keystone was the perfect spot for their winter destination. If I am being honest I live for winter weddings. I love them so so much. There is nothing more elegant and stunning that a sheet of white snow and a mountain top wedding. It is absolutely the perfect combination. Some people might cringe when an inquiry in the middle of winter where it could be anywhere from zero to fifty degrees lands in their inbox, maybe it’s my carefree side but I seriously get giddy, even almost ten years into doing this job. I don’t say romantic mountain weddings for carefree couples for nothing. It takes a certain kind of couple to get married outside in the dead of winter on top of a mountain in Colorado. These people are definitely my people. I grew up in Colorado (yes, a native), and cool winter breeze and mountaintop (usually on skies but I have become accustomed to having my camera on foot) is my happy place. Nichele and Ben are definitely my people. I loved hanging out with them and their close friends and family. Their connection was next to none, not only to each other and Ben’s cute little guy, but to everyone who came to their wedding. You can tell a lot about a couple by the company they keep and all of Nichele and Ben’s guests were so gracious, kind, and loving to not only Nichele and Ben but everyone around them.  I cannot wait to do more winter weddings here in the future. Congratulations Nichele and Ben. Thank you for having me be a part of your day and best wishes on all your future adventures.
