Naples Florida Ritz Carlton Wedding | Steffen & John

One thing that is important to me as a photographer is capturing the moments of the day and in most cases those moments are emotion-filled and joyous. When I think of Steffen and John, it’s all joy. Every last bit. They find so much joyfulness in life and each other, and in the people who surround them. Both of them wear their hearts on their sleeves and even though they just got married, their relationship faced so many challenges. John is a cancer survivor and underwent treatment shortly after John and Steffen met and Steffen serves our military is often gone on deployment. I photographed their proposal in Colorado and their connection was absolutely undeniable and their joy infectious. So when they asked me to photograph their wedding in Naples at the beautiful recently remodeled Ritz Carlton I about jumped up out of my chair at my desk.

To get to spend another day with these two on the happiest day of their lives was an absolute honor and their joy is absolutely infectious.
