What is your specialty and why do you love it?

 Floral – Being able to be creative. And of course, being around beautiful flowers. Planning – Connecting with our clients and creating personal relationships.

What is your favorite part of a wedding?

Seeing the couples’ vision come to life! Delivering the bride’s bouquet and seeing her happy reaction. The best compliment we could receive is, “It’s better than I ever imagined!” or “It’s even more pretty than my picture!” =)

How did you get into the wedding business?

I started working for Petal & Bean because I was interested in the industry, but had a background in marketing and had my Real Estate License. I somewhat “fell” into it, but it truly has been the most perfect profession for me! I am very fortunate.  

What is your passion outside of your work? 

My family, pets, and friends first and foremost. I also enjoy sports and anything outdoors. Traveling is also a top priority for my husband and me. 

What is one thing that most people don’t know about you?

I was a college athlete and sports are a very big part of my life. I have been coaching basketball at Summit High School (going into my 6th season) and play for a very “competitive” rec league softball team. If you visit my office you will see pictures of my team and all our softball trophies.
