Shannon + Cole | Grand Lake Lodge Wedding

Shannon is one of those people who exudes happiness. When I met her and Cole they explained that Cole had proposed to Shannon just a week before I met them but he knew Shannon had wanted to get married at The Grand Lake Lodge so he had already reserved their wedding day. Cole’s home town is Grand Lake and they got engaged at the Lodge. Shannon had written my name down the year before when I helped all the flooded out brides in Estes Park and Lyons relocate (click here if you want to read that whole story). So sweet of her to remember me.  Shannon and Cole’s day was absolute perfection. It had been raining a little bit but it all cleared up. Their dog Champ was definitely a big part of their day. Their little ring bearer, such a good dog who just follwed us around all day. I literally have fallen in love with this couple and their families. They hold their families close and treat their friends like family. This is how they treat me too. I couldn’t ask for such sweet couples to work with. Shannon is simply a bubble of joy and Cole a big old teddy bear. I love them both and wish them all the best on their adventure.
