Donovan Pavilion Vail Wedding | Caroline & Matt

Rain on your wedding day is supposed to be good luck, but man it doesn’t always feel like it! Caroline and Matt had such a great day with plenty of time to hang out with their wedding party before the ceremony. Low and behold right at ceremony time (at the stunning Donovan Pavilion in Vail, Colorado) a thunderstorm came pushing through like it almost always does this time of year (June and July are our rainiest for sure). Their planner was amazing (seriously if you don’t hire Becca from Veils of Vail after this story) and rallied the troops so when the rain passed everyone was all hands on deck to get the ceremony set and ready. We started a little later than planned (always why I tell people to pad in extra time for their cocktail hour) but it was like it was meant to happen. The couple was so chill and knew this was how it was meant to work out. Caroline and Matt are so sweet to each other and they truly had such an amazing day.
