Columbine Country Club Summer Wedding | Melissa & Chris

Melissa and Chris had a beautiful summer wedding at Columbine Country Club. The day was hotter than most but it did not dampen anyone’s spirit of celebration. Their loving and supportive friends and family could be heard making remarks like “They just make sense together! They’re so right for each other!” Their religious ceremony was framed by two massive (and gorgeous) cottonwood trees that were in full bloom, setting off whimsical “snow” drifting through the air. Soft blue, yellow, and pink flowers by Prive Events adorned their ceremony arch as well as other decor throughout the day. After their outdoor nuptials, guests were invited to an outdoor lawn, beautifully decorated and surrounded by gardens for small bites and cocktails while the couple signed their marriage license in the wine cellar. The reception contained small nods to Melissa’s love of Winnie the Pooh and her “Christopher Robin” (Chris’ initials are CR as well!) with small favors of honey jars. Their friends and family were a huge dancing crowd and everyone enjoyed dancing the night away to early ’00’s pop and r&b nostalgic songs. The night capped off with a fun sparkler send off and the couple rode off in their Uber Black and made a bee line for their honeymoon in Napa.
