Carl + Janet | Ten Mile Station Breckenridge Wedding

When Carl and Janet decided they were going to get married they had something smaller in mind. When they approached Carl’s daughter Brie and told her the good news and that they wanted to get married on top of Breckenridge with just a few people she was really disappointed as she wanted to have a dinner party. Oh the things we do for our kids. With Carl having a large family and everyone wanting to celebrate, they decided to plan a wedding for August! Such a gorgeous time of the year in the Mountains. Everything is blooming and it is still warm enough! Carl & Janet are from Breckenridge so as locals they wanted to celebrate somewhere local. Carl is a ski instructor and has been at Breckenridge for about 30 years so they wanted to get married up on the mountain! I loved that Janet decided not to do a white dress because the pops of Blue were absolutely stunning. It had been pouring rain all week and totally opened up for their wedding and only sprinkled for a bit during the reception just enough to give us a rainbow. A perfect day. Everyone knows I am all about connection and these two have so much of it for each other. Congratulations beautiful people! It was such a lovely day and I enjoyed working with you so much!
