Brianna & Peter | Gorrono Ranch Telluride Wedding

Being a Colorado Native and living here my whole life, I’m often amazed at how many times I still find amazing places I’ve never been. Oddly enough, Telluride happens to be one of those places. I know, I know. How have I lived here my whole life and never been to Telluride?! I asked myself the same question. I think it’s just far enough out of the way and a destination (it’s not as if you drive by it on your way anywhere else), that I just hadn’t had a reason to go there specifically! Well I can tell you one thing… it won’t be long before I go back! I can also say that if you yourself haven’t been? GO NOW. It was absolutely stunning in so many ways. My second shooter and I arrived the night before and were greeted with a stunning red sunset lighting up the valley. I was in love right away. To top it all off, we spent the next day with some of the best people celebrating the love of an adorable, kick-ass couple. My job is awesome.

I don’t know if I’ve seen a more stunning backdrop on a mountaintop for a ceremony. San Sophia overlook is hard to top. Gorrono Ranch is pretty amazing as well. With stunning views on all sides, a huge meadow to go play in during sunset, a fire pit, and a great party… it was a really wonderful event. Brianna & Peter are some of the most laid-back and cool people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you guys so much for including us in your special day and introducing me to yet another great part of our state. We will have to meet up for more drinks and yummy food again sometime!
