Wedgewood Boulder Creek Wedding | Amy & Andrew

Amy & Andrew were married at the beautiful Wedgewood on Boulder Creek and I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a more beautiful wedding and that location. The staff at the Wedgewood agreed that Amy had thought of everything. From her thoughtful cake table with brownies (because they’re the groom’s favorite), to the stunning high floral centerpieces. 

Pictures were super important to Amy and Andrew, so we spent a lot of time around Boulder which hold a ton of importance to the couple. We also scheduled a totally separate day to go up to Rocky Mountain National Park after the wedding to take images in the park where Andrew proposed. I have to admit that I LOVE when couples give me this kind of time. Not only do we get to leisurely explore without the pressures of the day, but I get to know my couples even more. It’s needless to say that Amy and Andrew have been through some trials lately, but if any couple can navigate it, it’s them. The way Andrew looks at Amy is something I noticed from the moment I met them. After our quick meeting  to talk about the wedding went from 3 hrs of coffee to another hour over dinner, as we talked about life and Europe and all our travels, I knew we’d be long-time friends. And that’s the best part of this job. Connecting with people for life, and being present for these moments.
