Nick & Allison | Evergreen Engagement Session

Evergreen engagement session, man kisses his fiance's forehead. Sometimes when you meet people you just know they are your people. It usually takes me less than 5 minutes to know if the couples I am meeting with are going to jive with me. This was definitely the case with Allison and Nick. Their connection to each other and laid back attitude were some of the first things that stuck out. I think at one point I actually said “You people are totally my people.” Throughout their session I couldn’t help but feel like it was meant to be. This is how I feel with most my sessions and weddings. I am a big believer that people connect for a reason. Letting go of things not meant for you is one of the hardest things, especially when you are in business for yourself. I was absolutely supposed to photograph these lovely people on this day.  I found myself a little bummed at the end of the day knowing they were getting married in Mexico and had already found a photographer there. I had so much fun with them.  Such sweet amazing people. Congrats Allison and Nick!
